In this lonely world, sometimes restless souls try to connect and find someone to cling to, and perhaps form a kindred bond. However, when obstacles prove to be too formidable it may cause a lack of cohesion and love may not hold fast.

I didn’t make this video, but it expresses exactly how I feel today.

I just got an email from her, she is still living the pioneer lifestyle, having to survive somehow without a refrigerator. But I think she caved a bit last night and got take-out from Chili’s or Applebee’s or some place like that.

She’s trying to keep some fresh food on hand, but all she has is the ice chest she recently purchased. As a matter of fact, she mentioned that as long as she’s having to buy so much ice, she’s going to study the melting time and see which kind lasts the longest. She says that Walgreens is the big loser because their ice barely lasted the night. So right now, it’s a tie between Circle K & McDonalds. She’s not going to try out the major supermarkets because they wouldn’t do well in the Arizona heat and would probably already be on the way to losing this major competition by the time she got the ice home. Let’s face it, no one wants to pull up into their garage with nothing to show for their dash to the store but a bag of water.
