MLL construction and remodel update

Well, since they don’t have a working kitchen, they decided to go out for their Easter meal. And where do you think they went to eat? She chose to dine at the International House of Pancakes. Yesiree, nothing says Easter to me like the Rooty Tooty Fresh N’ Fruity meal at IHOP. Okay, I’m poking fun at my sister just a bit, but if she wants to get her mind off cost of remodeling her home by munching on some waffles, then I say go for it.Seriously, she is lucky that she has good credit and doesn’t have to worry too much about refinancing her mortgage. Well, come to think of it, luck has nothing to do with it because she works at maintaining their credit standing so that she doesn’t have to fuss with problems down the road.
Years from now, when they own the home free and clear, I’m sure MLL and her husband will be glad that they bothered with the expense of remodeling. I’m also certain that they will be relieved that she took the time to diligently research every possible conceivable mortgage option available today. She knows that there are some fly by night companies around, so she checked everything thoroughly to make sure they wouldn’t get ripped off.
Yeah, they’ll be glad then. But for now, I think that MLL just wants her stove back.
