Arizona residents: Safely dispose of sensitive papers

(I don’t know if this is nationwide because I saw it on an Arizona site.)
If I remember correctly, doesn’t Arizona rank among the top states for identity theft? Personally, I’ve always thought it was due to the transitory area. There are so many people that move here, and I’m sure that some of the new arrivals are unsavory characters that may not want the local law enforcement officials to know their real names.
I read that Staples Stores have Shred stations where you can take your papers and safely have them shredded to bits. The site even has a list of documents that it suggests you save vs. dispose. Speaking from personal experience, identity theft is really a pain and hard to resolve, even after you find out that someone is out there, pretending to be you.
