Enron was one of the biggest proponents of Carbon Offsets (Gores solution to global warming) as they felt they would make billions of dollars from them. Any time Billions of Dollars is used, Corruption is not far to follow, unfortunately. :/ It doesn't make sense that Gore's solution isn't to do anything that would upset people, like ban 8 cylinder engines, airconditioners, etc. His solution is to pay some company *money* to plant trees and invest in 'Green Energy'.
