Life with Karen, the one-eyed kitten

I have to say that she hasn’t let her disability impede her enjoyment of life. As a matter of fact, I am continually amazed at how well she hones in on something with just one eye. The other day, there was a fly buzzing near her, and she nailed it with both paws while it was in mid-flight.
I have to admit that she’s not getting along too well with the other cats. Oh, they don’t hate each other, but I don’t think Karen knows she’s one of them. She seems to think that she’s human and entitled to more rights than a mere house cat. As a matter of fact, I probably should stop referring to her as a cat and start calling her a Feline-American.
