I’d like to take advantage of my fifteen minutes of blogging fame and use it in a way that’ll benefit both you and me. I have to confess that although I’ve been working on improving my writing, I feel that I’ve neglected visiting other blogs and making new blogging buddies.

If you could leave a little comment about your blog, I’d really appreciate it and I could definitely build a list of places to go and people to meet online.

Heck, even if you’ve been here before, go ahead and mention your blog too, so I can compile a detailed list of my favorite blogs. Thanks, and I can’t wait to head out on my grand tour of the Blogosphere.

I really didn’t want to be the blog of the day right now, but it looks like greatness has been thrust upon me. I had hoped it would happen at a later date because I feel like I’m just getting my blog back on track. Due to life circumstances, I hadn’t written a lot of humorous posts till now. I guess for the past few months, you could say my blog was set to “Wacky Lite”. I’ve just started to incorporate more humor into my posts, so if you’re looking for family friendly laughs, welcome to my blog and I hope you become a regular visitor.

If you’re wondering about the significance of the bird, it symbolizes how much water I drink on a daily basis here in Arizona.

and clicking feverishly with the other, I have spent almost my entire day looking at…

and trying to choose…

its not an easy decision…

but I’ve been looking at online shopping carts.

Yep. Ick. Boring.

And I’m still looking because I haven’t found the one.

Of course, Karen has been trying to help in her own inimitable way. At random times during the day, she jumps on the keyboard and hits something that opens my bookmarks. I don’t know if she is trying to suggest that I need to step away from the computer, or if she’s fascinated by the cursor and wants to chase it. She probably misplaced her new toy and is bored. Yesterday, my daughter bought her a stuffed mouse and Karen loves to bite it, lick it and kick the tar out of it. We’ve named the toy “Rat-A-Chewy”.
