A Touching Moment

A few posts back, I posted a “Star Wars” themed video. I’d like to keep that theme going a bit longer. I found a heartwarming version of Luke interacting with Darth Vader that I’d like to share with everyone. I don’t know if it was edited out of the original due to time constraints, or what, but thanks to youtube, its now saved for posterity.
Should I change my look?

There’s been more than one recent occasion where I spent a few moments trying to decide whether I need a total makeover of my clothes, makeup and hairstyle. My clothes don’t look bad, they just don’t look adventurous. My makeup…. it takes me about a half hour of work to achieve a ‘natural’ look. If you think of vanilla ice cream with no extras, that pretty much sums up my appearance. Bland. Not bad, just bland.
But what if I were to decide to live wildly? How would I look with a whole new look? I’m a brunette, but how would I look with a totally different new hair color:

On second thought, maybe brown *is* my color after all.

I suppose it had to happen sooner or later. Karen is showing her displeasure with my current decor by adding her own innovations and improvisations. For example, I caught her this morning playing “Tarzan” on the drapes, swinging back and forth like she was Queen of the Jungle. She was having so much fun and couldn’t understand why I didn’t share her enthusiasm for her new hobby. Right now, I’ve got the drapes tied up in a makeshift way, but I need to find a better solution.
I think aluminum mini blinds are just what I need for my home. They’re lightweight, and available in a wide variety of sizes. They’re also durable and scratch resistant. Of course, Karen might not be too happy with the thought that she won’t be able to wreak havoc on them, but then again, if she wants to indulge in her unique method of renovating, she can always “rearrange” the cushions in the dog’s bed.

There’s no denying that this is a disaster caught on tape.
From beginning to end, this is something that should have never been recorded for posterity.
Some people theorize that she is from Douglas, Arizona, but I am unable to verify that at this time.
Little did she contemplate the impact her behavior would have on future viewers of her actions.
As you watch please realize that allowing animals within hearing distance could be cruel torture.

In the past, I’ve blogged about a few places that offered the possibility to work at home. Well, I think I found a unique opportunity that stands head and shoulders above everything else I’ve posted about so far. I visited Courtney Raymond Consultants (CRC) web site, and they seem to be looking for self-starters that are highly motivated and want to control their success. As a matter of fact, I accepted the opportunity to discuss CRC because I am so impressed by what they offer.
Can you imagine the luxury of working from home, controlling your hours and being able to earn more if you accomplish more? I don’t begrudge anyone that wants to earn a set hourly wage, but that’s not everyone’s style. Some people have different skill sets and want to be compensated accordingly. CRC offers you the chance to be richly rewarded for your sales and communication skills, all while in the comfort of your own living space. You can be an Independent Virtual Recruiter, and you don’t even have to change out of your pajamas while you’re working!
Courtney Raymond Consultants has an excellent reputation and is the #1 national recruiting firm for Merrill Lynch. Although you’ll be in business for yourself, you won’t be by yourself. They provide free training and free leads as well. They don’t require any experience, and they won’t charge you any fees either. The more I read about them, the more excited I get about what they’re offering. I know a few people that would be perfect for this and I can’t wait to tell them. If you’re one of those that have a passion for success, then you should find out what Courtney Raymond Consultants has to offer. Your Opportunity Is Waiting!

Karen the kitty is doing very well and growing up so quickly. She’s got quite a personality with some rather unique tastes.
She likes:
Canned frijoles
Chasing the laser light
Sour cream and onion flavored rice cakes
Sitting on my shoulder and riding piggy back
She HATES:
The smell of hand sanitizer
She tolerates the other cats. She doesn’t seem to dislike them, but she also doesn’t snuggle up to them. All in all, they seem to get along rather well, at least there haven’t been any fights amongst the herd.
Have you seen this child molestor?

Interpol, The International Criminal Police Organization, is seeking the help of everyone possible, in order to identify and find this person suspected of sexually abusing young boys. The original pictures of the suspect had been digitally altered, but experts were able to undo the altering and now the site has a series of photographs of him. Please take a moment to look at the pictures and see if you recognize him. Even if you’ve never seen him before, please spread the word about him, so more people can help find him. Please copy the link and put it on your blog or site because the more people that see his face, the more likely it is that he will be caught.
