Can someone save me from the torment of this magic eye puzzle

I have never been good at 3-D puzzles, and this one is no exception. I had the choice between writing a side-splitting post and trying to unlock the secret hidden message.

I thought that one was especially cute! It took about 15 seconds to see–but it was cool. I’ve never seen that one before!
