Looks like Sheriff Joe is serving cake to a few of those serving time at the local lockup. I know a lot of people say that putting inmates in tents is cruel and unusual punishment, but I say that if it’s good enough for our soldiers, then it’s good enough for criminals. Here’s a photo essay of what life is like on the inside, for those of you that are curious, yet law abiding citizens.
