Some people may not consider this a hymn, but I think it has a great uplifting message about faith in Jesus, which really, if you think about it, isn’t that what a hymn is supposed to be about?

Someone recently asked me if Rhodesians make good pets. I told them it depends on what you’re looking for. If you want a dog that follows you around and obeys your every command, get a Golden Retriever. If you want a dog that follows you around but looks for ways to accomplish what they want, then watch this video before deciding on a Rhodesian:

Even though this song is before my time, I still think its a great song that doesn’t get a lot of appreciation. Come to think of it, I didn’t even know who recorded it till I stumbled across it on Youtube. I think this song has a timeless quality about it and I wish I knew more about the circumstances behind its creation:
